Brunch Egg Casserole

This is easy to make and great to make a head of time.  It heats up nicely the next day.  Great boat food!


BRUNCH EGG CASSEROLE

Combine :  2 cups plain croutons
                  1 cup shredded Natural cheese

Combine:    4 slightly beaten eggs
                    2 cups milk
                    1/2 tsp salt
                    1/2 tsp prepared mustard
                    1/8 onion powder, dash pepper

Mix until blended; Pour over crouton mix in Casserole

Variations: Use Mexican Mix Cheese; Seasoned bread crumbs (Omit other seasonings)

Bake: 35-40 Min. at 325 degrees
