10 minced, peeled cloves garlic
1/2 cup minced fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 tbsp. red pepper flakes
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
This Argentine Green Sauce is a perfect compliment to fish, chicken, or meat. Combine all ingredients and let flavors develop for 2-3 hours.
