2 cups peach nectar (or 2 fresh peaches, peeled and pureed in blender)
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp orange juice
1 bottle pink champagne
Blend juices and pour over ice. When ready to serve, pour ½ glass juice into ½ glass chilled champagne. Serve in tall crystal flutes.
