Anguillan Beef Marinade

This delightful marinade from the small island of Anguilla where it is used primarily as a marinde for beef. I love it on pork and lamb too.
 
1 tbsp of salt
Black pepper to taste
2 tbsp of molasses
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup wine vinegar (white or red)
