Cut 4 unpeeled apples into bite sized chunks, melt 2 tbsps of butter in a pan.
When melted, add apples and cook on medium-low for 5 minutes until some of the apple pieces are golden.
Remove from heat, divined amontg4 bowls and top with whipped cream, yogurt, sour cream or heavy cream and sugar to taste.
Serve with port, brandy or calvados.
