Ginger Dipping Sauce

Recipe by Lori Ross

1 piece fresh ginger (about 2 inches), peeled and chopped

2 cloves garlic or 2 tsp garlic paste

Chile pepper, minced, or hot sauce to taste

Juice and pulp of 1 lime, finely chopped

2 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp fish sauce

Combine all ingredients. Let stand to blend the flavors.
