Quiche with a Ham Crust

Chop boiled or baked ham fine and set aside. 
Oil a 9” square or round baking pan.
Place chopped ham in a thin layer on the bottom.
Mix eggs with cream, cheese and herbs.
Pour into baking pan over ham. Cook for 30 minutes. 
Cut into wedges and serve. 
The crust of ham will add a lovely texture to the finished dish.
