In 1998, the BoatU.S. Clean Water Trust worked with a group of state representatives trying to stop the spread of zebra mussels to the west coast.

As a result, we developed a "Zap the Zebra" campaign for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service including full color poster and a brochure outlining tips for boaters and fisherman.

USFWS printed and is now distributing copies of the brochure to people in the Midwest states.
