Downloading Instructions, please read first:

When you download the application, be sure to save it to the hard drive on your computer before you begin to edit it.  When you save the file, you may name it whatever you wish.

Note: The file is in Microsoft Word 97 format.  If your computer does not have this program, please contact the web administrator (rviloria@boatus.com).   In your e-mail, please specify what program you have.
