Jack
Hornor is a graduate of the Westlawn Institute of Marine Technology
with a diploma in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering and Small
Craft Design. In addition to his duties at Marine Survey & Design
Co., Jack is the Project Naval Architect for the restoration of the
steam tug Baltimore currently being restored by the Baltimore Industrial
Museum and a contributing writer for SpinSheet, Chesapeake Bay and
