Loan amount: The minimum loan amount at our advertised interest rates is $25,000.

Down payment: Down payments are as low as 10%.

Terms: Loans $25,000 - $99,000 up to 15 years. Loan $100,000 and over 15-20 years.

Refinancing: Rates and Terms are the same for refinancing.
