I own a 2005 ProLine Express with a pair of Verado 250 HP engines. From the beginning the aluminum engine bracket moved when the boat accelerated/decelerated creating a "snapping" noise. I had concernes about the stresses cracking the bracket. It has taken one year for ProLine to provide a new aluminum bracket on the stern which the dealer installed and now seems OK. I have also had terrible problems with the windshields leaking huge quanities of water into the boat through (under?) the seals on a choppy day. I am still working to get these problems fixed, I guess I'll have to fix it myself. Has anyone else had these problems?

I own a 2003 33 Walk, and have window problems also. Mine is corroding at the intersections of the frame as there is a dissimilar metal used for fasteners (likely stainless) that sets off galvanics with the salt water. It is corroding internally, lifting the painted finish off from inside. It looks terrible, and is structurally melting the frame. Pro-Line replaced it once, and it is back worse than before. Now they are refusing to get the supplier involved because they fear I will sue the supplier?! Blame the customer!
