"Hi
I recently E-mailed you for advice on what to do out here on the West Coast in San Diego, Ca with a newly purchased ProKat 2660 WA now that we have lost our dealer. Who do we turn to for support when we have warranty issues with the boat? We still love the boat but the little things are starting to add up and with out the help of a dealer it is starting to become a Love/Hate relationship and may soon become a very negative experience. I can only hope that you still care about the customer after the sale is complete and do not leave us out here high and dry. Please contact us with information on what we can do about warranty issues. The boat is only 6 months old and I have had to replace several switches and a pump and the costs are starting to add up. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You from out here in San Diego.
Marty"
This is a copy of the second E-mail that I sent to the manufacture at ProSports. They ignored the first one. I hope they respond because I feel a little abandoned out here.
