Just wanted to share my positive experience with JC Demers, warranty coordinator for Doral cruisers, who has been very helpful and supportive...

We bought our boat and the dealership soon went out of business. JC made it clear right away that we shouldn't worry and they'd take care of us. He was willing to let others do warranty on boat if necessary, and alerted us right away when a new dealer/service shop opened in town! A very stressful situation was made manageable.

Plus he usually replies within hours to our messages... very accessible.

Thanks! Keep up the good work! The boating industry needs more of this!

I second that JC is a great guy. Really helps out to get things done.

However, when JC is not around............... ...

I took the boat in to the shop for warranty and other work. They had it for three weeks, but couldn't get the warranty work done because of slow/no response from Canada. Apparently, JC was on vacation for a couple of weeks.

Thankfully they still were able to do other work that I was paying for. But now I have to take it back to them again soon, and I sure hope they'll give me a break on the haul-out fee next time! Would hate to have to pay that twice, given the circumstances.

Good news is JC is back and apparently they're taking care of everything for us.

I'd love to be dealing with you Will. Wish it was a little closer.
These new people down here seem good though, at least they've said
all the right things up to now... let's see. Doral is shipping a few parts
and they'll take care of all the stuff at once. I'll let you know in a few
weeks how satisfied we end up being with the service.
The place is Marsh Harbor Marina, they're doing the service for
Dolphin Sales, the new dealer.
