I own an '86 Oday 28.  The stuffing box is leaking a little, but that's not my issue.  The water has nowhere to go, the bilges under the engine drain pan don't seem to drain down to the main bilge where the bilge pump is located.  Any '86 owners know what the deal is?  Maybe there is a small drain that is clogged that I have not located?  Thanks.

An Oday 28 owner in an other forum explained that the grounding wire that runs throughout the boat runs between the engine drain pan and the main bilge in a very small hold which gets plugged up easily.  I haven't been able to find this hole myself, however, I'm going to be removing the engine in a few weeks to work on it so will have more access to that area.
