Am generally very pleased with our 2005 Elegante. We took delivery of it in May of this year. It had 8 hours on her. There are a few issues.

They are as follows:
Many of the grommets that hold down the camper did not reach. Especially on the sides.
The pump in the bilge area that pumps out the grey water had two connections break. This resulted in grey water seeping into the bilge and causing the entire boat to "STINK".
Although we did our best to scrub the bilge, there are a couple of spots that we could not access, under the fresh water and waste tanks and under the floor compartment in the main salon. It would be wise to replace these hose connections with non-plastic, and so, aleviate this problem.
With regard to storage: the seat cushions in the cockpit and the salon are very difficult to access. Many tears have developed in the sides of the cushions because the cushions are so tight . It would be great if the cushions were a little looser or were hinged at the back edge.
The spotlight that came with the boat has not worked since we took delivery. We have had a mechanic look at it , but have not been able to ascertain the problem.
The remote control for the windlass has already stopped working. We can send the anchor down, but the up button has already stopped working. We have only used this mechanism three times.
The swim platform pools water on the starboard side when it rains. It would be great to have some sort of drain on each side that lets the standing water disperse.
Again, aside from these minor problem, we are thrilled with the boat. We especially like the LED light along the bow rail, the layout in the cockpit and salon and the overall performance.
