I am looking to buy a formula F3 SS Can anyone tell me if there is anything in particular that I should be looking for on this boat.  Does this model have any general problems that I should be looking for?   It is a 1996 with a 5.7 Merc. that was replaced in 1996.  Boat looks ok but needs some heavy cleaning.  Seller wants 6k but told me that he will take much less I guess he has been triying to sell for some time and this is what worrys me.  I recently sold my 97 1850 bayliner and am looking for something with a cuddy for the girls to hide from the sun in.  I bought the bayliner new and never had any trouble with it I would hate to buy something used to find out that it has some inherit problem.
