Hello everyone,
New to this forum, going to look at a 1983 25' Chris Craft
Catalina posted on South Jersey craigslist. 25' Chris Craft
(Waretown). Anything I should be looking for specifically that
were problems on these boats. I am not new to boating, just
down sizing. I don't want another boat that I can't afford to
run and maintain. I sold a 36 Silverton because it had a
bigger drinking habit then me. I am pretty handy, rebuilt the
motors in my Silverton and owned it for 10 years. Have been
boat-less for 2 years, kids are gone want another boat. Any
advice would be greatly appreciated. Motor was upgraded to
a 350 with velvet drive trans, 200 hours but raw water-
cooled.
Thanks,
Fred
