Greetings all,

New owner of a 1989 Chris Craft Amerosport 320. We've had her two
weeks and finally got her all cleaned up. I'm new to boats this size and
new to the forums, so I thought I'd start by saying hi and asking if
there are any other Amerosport owners past or present who I can tap
into for experience with this particular make/model.

So far she handles great, and although I'm new to twin engines, the
maneuverability is fabulous in tight spaces. The one thing I haven't
figured out yet is the windlass. It's a powerwinch 415 anchor windlass.
I know when I push the button it'll pull up the anchor, but I haven't
found a gear release in case I get it too tight or a way to rapidly free
fall deploy the anchor. Anyone got a good YouTube video? Lol
