I am installing AC in my 300 sc and wanted to see if any 300
sc owners with ac could tell me where your thermostat is
mounted? I want to be sure before I cut a hole in the wall of
my boat.

I think your 300 has the same basic layout as my Intrigue.

My AC controls are on the starboard side by the stereo.  The AC controls would face toward the front of the boat.
