Hi Guys,

Blowing circuit breaker on front bilge pump on 1994 Chris Craft Crowne 282.  Problem is how to locate and replace.  Traced drain hose outlet under pulpit at bow.  Anchor rope door hatch in cabin shows bilge pump hose going down to bottom with freshwater fill hose line.  Both are secured.  I believe I may be able to remove the front panel holding the anchor hatch door allowing removal of the top ledge plate behind the seats which should expose a tight view of the water tank and hopefully front bilge pump.

Has anybody been there before.  Am I on the right track?

Also,  anybody have manuals on this model boat?

TY in advance....

Hi Guys,

Found the cabin bilge pump location.  It is below the bottom stair going into the cabin. Access is buy pulling vertical riser below bottom stair.  There is a small notch cut out on top left corner so you can get your hand in.  Also shower sump access is available here.
