No 12VDC on a boat should be fairly straight forward to troubleshoot. Start at the battery and trace the wires/cabling. Odvously, there's something disconnected or loose somewhere. Dissconnect shore power 1st to avoid confusion. Check your grounding cables again. These cables run from the ground post on the batteries to the engine blocks. Be sure you know how to use a volt/ ohm meter and the theory of disconnecting curcuits to read contuinuity and to test for the presence of voltage. You'll find it. Take you time, think it thru 1st before raising a screwdriver. Using a digital camera as a tool for visual inspection. It's handy where one can upload the images to a computer for putting the images in order and zooming-tis helps in a visual inspection too- lottsa pictures can clarify things and you can post them to the forum for further consultation.
