I just bought a 2003 Larson LXI230 and I love this boat! The interior and exterior are in great shape and I am worried about the damage sharp rocks will do to the keel when I pull this heavy boat up on shore.
Has anybody installed one of those tough vinyl keel protectors on their Larson? Do they work and do they affect the look and lines of the boat? How well do they hold up over time? Do they impact the boat's performance? Can you install yourself or is it best to take it to a boat dealer?
Any info would be appreciated! Thanks and happy boating!
