I've had the occassion to call Doral for technical advice which I felt was important.
Their automated 'attendant' (when the switchboard is not answering), leaves a bit to be desired, and I left a message there, in the 'General Mailbox' to no avail.
The key is to select the 'service dept' option, and leave a message there - IF no one picks up. Just mention you called earlier....with NO callback.
I did that, and had a cordial reply within a few hours.
