They were made by Forrest River Marine. They no longer manufacture that line but still make Berkshire and South Bay. I got a manual with mine but it was pretty generic. Best bet is to find a manual online for your outboard motor. Mine was from Tahatsu and I found the manual no problem. There are other great forums out there where the members can help.
