I have used silicon spray with same results. __________________ Larry Back to Top    bannister "Seaman Recruit" Joined: December 05 2009 Posts: 24 Posted: June 23 2010 at 17:43 | IP Logged actually slides on the 250SE came out easily without removing the door. cleaned them good and WD40 did the job. it slides just fine. a quick spray every month or so keeps it sliding every time. To remove the slides, just move the door back and forth, undo the screws and use on hand to lift the door weight of the slide. then use the other hand to slowly remove the slide by.... sliding it out of place. they are plastic and will bend a bit if needed. reverse procedure to finish....
