I have a 1983 Carver 2807 Riviera it looks like the tracks or the sliding side windows may need to be replaced. Any suggestions on parts availability and process to replace them.

Thanks

If you are referring to those "fuzzies", they are called Schlegals.

You can buy them by the foot from Taylor.

This is what they look like:

They have several different sizes, so the ones I got for my Carver may not be the ones you need.  But if you call Taylor, they will send you a sample.

Here is the contact I used to purchase the Schlegals:

Kristen Hohenforst - Taylor Made Systems NY.
Customer Service Representative
518-773-9336 or 518-773-2919

I bought mine two years ago, so I am not sure if this is still a good contact.
