Author Message Prev Topic | Next Topic  frankieland692 "Seaman Recruit" Joined: May 30 2009 Posts: 12 Posted: February 26 2010 at 22:53 | IP Logged Hi guys hope everyone is doing ok  well i have my engine 350 5.7 gm all dissasembled and getting ready for inspecting just buy visual new cam worn and berrings all around i have a question on my 253 cat the last owner installed two reserve gas tanks on the starboard and port sides of the bildge aside from the engine i have stern drive alpha i with a 350 upgrade oringinal main gas tank holds 75 gal the aux tanks hold 25 gal each is it realy nesesary to hold 125 gal of fual for this size boat the aux tanks make it so hard to get at engine in place any imput would be great  253 cat 25' alpha 1 stern with 350 power Thanks __________________ Sweet Pea 25' 253 aft cabin catalina owner frank New Bedford,Ma Back to Top
