For those Doral owners who have a Charles C-Charger in their boats, here is some good information.  I recently had a problem with my Charles 5000 Series charger, so I removed it to troubleshoot, only to discover the circuit board melted in several places, and overall damage beyond repair.  I thought it was a total loss, but contacted Charles Industries in Casey, IL, and found out that they have a flat rate repair fee - no matter what the problem.  For $210, plus shipping, they completely replaced all of the internal components.  It's as good as new and has a 90 day warranty.  A MUCH cheaper alternative to buying a new one for $600, if you like to keep things OEM.
