Looking to install a generator on my 27' Montego, and was curious where others have located theirs and what brands/power are recommended. Gonna be a long drydock project for me.
did you ever install a generator on your Carver? I have a Montego25 and want to install one but I have no idea where to begin. Any advise you can offer is appreciated.
I ended up just getting a honda 2k generator. I put it out on
the bow when I'm anchored and run the shorepower cable to
it. Not that much to draw power on my boat and I can get
away with only a couple gallons for the weekend.
