Hey Guys: On my 280 that I sold I might have a problem with the transmission ratio I had in the boat. I had a 15 inch prop and a 1.91 to 1 Velvet Drive in the 280 and It
didn't run like it should in my opinion. I only ran the boat a bout 3 times and decided theit was over proped.I changed the prop to a 14X14 and it still didn't work like I tought it should plus it didn't turn up like I wanted it to go about 3600 was all it would do. What is the proper tranny ration and prop for the 280?? Thanks, The rest of the boat was super clean and neat for its age...THanks,Bill
