My wife and I just purchased a 1997 Horizon QX I/O.  The weather covers seem to leak pretty badly.  Someone suggested that we spray the covers with Camp Dry, but will that work or should we buy some type of new covers.  The boat will be stored in the water, tied to a dock during the summer and I'm concerned the hull will fill up with water.
