Hello to all,
  I recently bought a marathon used boat and I want to register it in Greece. Unfortunately Greece has to follow the European Union laws / regulations since 1996. According to those regulations the boat has to follow the CE marking. That makes me unable to register my boat, because the boat does not have this kind of certificate/marking.
Does anybody know a way to solve this problem?

We have a large Marathon Boat owners group on a slightly diifferent site.. with 20 + Marathon Boat Owners.. and one of our members (Mr. Griffith's) is originally from the UK and now living in Spain.. he might be able to assist you in figuring out how to get your boat registered.
