I'm not sure I'm the Pete you are referring too but I prefer the Jabsco Quiet Flush head although the Raritan Sea Era head is a good choice too.  They are very similar in construction, operation and price.  If you already have a head you are replacing, save the toilet bowl and seat (if they are in good shape).  You can buy the head (minus bowl and seat) for $100 to $150 less and install your old bowl and seat on the new head.  If I had your email address I could attach some files on heads from the Connie Forum CD and send them to you.

I would suggest that you call Depco (1-800-446-1656).  They may be able to get you a better price.  I bought three Jabsco Quiet Flush heads from them and was quite satisfied with the heads and their service.  I bought the heads without the bowls and seats and installed the old bowls and seats I had on them.  But they sell the complete heads too.
