RBABY - you can obtain these from:http://www.chrisparts.com/nameplates.htm   They are not cheap and you'll have to paint them.  I wanted to maintain the original gold color and used Krylon gold paint and then clear coated.  DO NOT go overboard with the clear coat!  A couple of coats is fine.  Also, use some sealant on the screws when you replace them and DO NOT over-tighten the screws.  It is possible to crack them if you over-tighten the screws.  The originals had a filler inside to help with this problem, these do not.    If you have a 460/500/501 Connie you should visit and post to the Constellation forum.  Lots of info there.
