It has been 3 weeks now from the first visit back to my place on Galveston. I have time now to report that my Chaparral 2360 made it though Ike without damage. I give credit to BoatUS for the artical about how to (Lash) down a boat that is stored on land. By drilling 1/2 inch I bolts in to my drive way and crossing the bow with 5/8 inch rope and with ratchet straps to the I bolts. The storm did pull up one I bolt but the other held and did not allow the boat to wash off the trailer. Again thank you BoatUS for the info.
