Hi,

I own a 2005 seaswirl 2601 walkabout with the 5.7 ltr volvo penta motor. I seem to take on water while docked at port and don't know the reason why. Is it normal to tak on the water while docked?

Thanks

Hello: The boot on the out drive might be cracked and leaking. You might check that if it is leaking it will cause the gimbal bearing to go bad. Also check all thru hull fittings ,Good Luck,Bill
