I recently purchased a 1986, 18 1/2' tropy bayliner center console boat. I have been in the water with it for several hours and it floats. However, from the factory, a hole under the front left side of the boat, if you are standing in the boat, looking forward. Can anyone tell me what the purpose of the hole is? the hole leads right up the boat, a 1 1/2 pvc pipe.
