I'd like a little advice here. I purchased a 2005 brokerage 290 Sig from the same Chaparral dealer who originally sold it. Through the buying process, and have emails galore to prove it, I made it clear that a major reason I wanted the boat was because of the ext'd warranty. They made it clear, and I have emails galore to prove it, thay they take care of all that. I have taken ownership, stored it immediately for 90 days, title was mailed to me as planned, just returned home, and took it out. I called Volvo to see what is the process for warranry claims should I need it. Volvo had no record of a change and notified me the 30 day time expired to transfer it. Since the title was processed I figured the dealer upheld their part of the bargain to process all the paperwork. The dealer is saying someone messed up, but admit it was their action to transfer it. Now all I'm getting are email updates that are going nowhere.  Anyone have a sugestion for what my next step is?

Tell the dealer they have 48 hours to resolve the issue before you file a case with small claims court.
