Does anybody know if Doral cuts and make its own cockpit carpets or do they buy them from a outside vendor?  I need to change my carpets and I can not find a company that does the binding on the edges the same way as the original carpet.

Doral 310,

Did you every get your answer on the cockpit carpet? I had a passenger burn a hole in mine on my Monticello and I think I am going to have to replace at least on section?

Any help would be great!

I had to replace mine, because after 5 years the black ruber decomposes and turns into a very annoying dust. You can contact a dealer, but it's going to be much more expensive. I had one done by a local guy, the edges aren't the same (strings very tightly knit). You learn to love with it...
