I have a 2001 352MY with twin crusaders.  I took delivery of it in 2006, I have noticed that the performance is questionable - the run angle had seemed abnormally high at 9 or 10 degrees and the WOT RPMs were peaking at 3k.  This was usually with 2 people, half fuel and half water.

I pulled it and found the wheels were 20x17 whiche seemed odd.  I brought them to be re-pitched for a target WOT RPM of 4600 per Crusader's specs.  I also installed much larger trim planes.

The boat now will cruise at 3500rpm and at 15mph, with 1/2 fuel, 1/2 water in minimal seas or wind.  The run angle is what I feel more appropriate ~3 degrees

What are some others getting for performance?  I am trying to figure out if I should still tweak the wheels some more.
