I'd like to extend a Bimini top from the back of the hardtop to the transom on our 3370.  Has anyone else done this?  Any recommendations on canvas guys (in Ctl FL) and what to do/no to do?

Where in Central Fl do you keep the boat? I have a canvas guy in the Daytona Beach area that might do the job.

I have not considered this, because it would get in the way of fishing. If you cruise more than fish it would be nice.

I would want something that could be stored while we were in hardcore fishing mode.  But while cruising or coming in after a long day I would want it deployed.  There just isn't enough room on the helm deck to keep everyone out of the sun.  There is a guy on THT that had one for his Grady that looked perfect.  His rolls up under his hardtop when not in use.

On my hardtop there is a rail to allow the rear curtains to be attached.  I guess the trick is to find something to support the aft end. 

How did the one on the Grady work ? 

P.S. I rarely emerge from the shade of my bridge.

I had one on my last boat.  I have no idea what it would cost.  It had ss pipe and would stay up when closed or could be removed for fishing.  I am thinking about adding one to my 2870 OS

They used the twist type holders on the t top and the accon bimini mounts on the gunnels.  They are nice because they are flush

That thing is sticking way back.  I wonder how sturdy it is without vertical support.
