I HAVE TWO FISH BOXES IN THE DECK THAT CAME WITH THE BOAT. THEY TAKE ON WATER ALOT, IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN SEAL THEM WITH? I HAVE TRIED SELF STICK TYPE RUBBER AND IT DOESN'T LAST. ANY IDEAS?

Carl:
I have a 2503 with an ice tub built in the the transom with the same problem. Tried everything on the hatch with no luck.
I drilled a hole in the bottom and inserted a nipple attached a tube and ran it into one of the deck drain tubes. Since yours a deck mounted boxes, you might want to just let them drain int the bilge.

I FINALLY FOUND SOMETHING THAT WORKS FOR THE FISH BOXES THAT FILL UP. TROPHY NOW WILL SEEL YOU THE RUBBER THAT GOES AROUND THE ENTRANCE WAY. TAKE THAT AND APPLY TO THE WELL. MY BOXES ARE DOING GOOD NOW. IT PAYS TO GO TO THE BOAT SHOWS AND SEE THE NEWER MODELS AND WHAT THEY HAVE DONE TO CORRECT SMALL PROBLEMS.
