Has anyone had issues with a genset ingesting water and hydrolocking.

The boat has a 5kw Kohler Genset factory installed to the best of my knowledge.

I have installed a syphon break and changed the exhaust hose routing both a couple of times with no luck.

I have sent emails to Searay explaning I am not looking for anything for free, but I need some help and/or advice with no response.

The local Searay Dealer I purchased the boat from this summer stated "I must not know how to drive the boat".......... I have owned 13 boats in 20 years some smaller and some much larger and I am fairly confident I am operating the boat correctly.

I love this boat, but so far I am very frustrated with a few things about it.

Any positive feedback is greatly appreciated it.

Thanks,

TG

Hi. Try your local Kohler dealer instead of the SR dealer.

Also, check for answers at www.clubsearay.com
