Hi Dave,

Unfortunately, leaky fuel tanks are a very common problem (particularly with aluminum tanks) and they are often installed in places that are nearly impossible to access after the boat is closed in.  It's expensive and there doesn't seem to be any magic solution.  I'm sure that there are others with the same problem but I doubt they have come up with a cheap fix.

Dave,

The Uniflite forum had something about changing tanks a couple of years ago.  As I recall, the engine had to be removed on the side of the tank being removed.  It almost sounds like a "whilel you are at it" i.e. repower and oh by the way change the tanks.  The folks at Sea Cure Technologies (see links in CC forum) may have some insight.  They may also have the wiring diagrams you were looking for.  I bought a set from them for my 1986 362 Catalina.
