If anyone has removed the original seating from the flybridge of their 500 Connie and you haven't thrown out the seat foundations, fiberglass buckets, etc., please contact me.  I'd be interested in giving them a new home.  I know a quite of few owners who like a more "expansive" bridge deck and take out the seating arrangement.  Unfortunately, by the time I find out, they've thrown the pieces on the land fill.  NEVER, NEVER, EVER throw away old Chris parts.

Yes, I too know a number of people who have thrown out their bridge seats but unfortunately I learned about it much too late to salvage anything from the dumpster.

You might get a better response to your post on the Murray Chris Craft Constellation 500 forum (on this site) which is dedicated to 500s.
