Roger - that's very frustrating. Engine and generator issues aren't directly Doral's fault though. If that boat was built a couple of years ago the dealer had to make sure the engines and gensets were in good shape at delivery. Also it will be Mercruiser (or Volvo) and Koehler that have to make things right for you in those fronts.
Even if the cockpit fridge is bad that may or may not be directly Doral's fault, depending on why it went bad. I assume it's good, just not getting power, in which case it is Doral's fault in wiring.
Some of the other stuff, canvas, snaps etc are frustrating but not uncommon at all. My cockpit did not fit for a few days the first time I tried to put it on, but after a day of pulling on it and letting the sun warm it up it fit right, and has fit right ever since.
I think one thing Doral lacks is good dealerships that take care of customers competently and promptly. I ran into that and they came through, but it's always been in spite of the dealers more than anything.
