I am having a similar problem. I have the Boca Grande 2005, which was purchased brand new. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing problems since last year and my dealer did not find what was causing the water in the engines. Also, I have Volvo 8.1 Penta engines and I can not find another Volvo certified dealer in my boating area to service my boat. After several calls and letters to Volvo I am waiting for someone to look at my boat. The Dealer has lost their license to sell Doral. Their staff is slow so I went outside for help and found someone not Volvo certified that found out right away that my risers need to be extended. It can be repaired , but the engines have already experienced damage due to improper installation. I wish Volvo would act like Merc and repair and replace my boat for I can say I used it this season. I feel my summer is gone and still can not get Volvo to even look at my engines. I have contacted the manufacturer (DORAL) directly and they just push me off to the useless dealer or Volvo.
