Hi Guys.
Did you ever break champange on your boat?. How do you do it? Is it
legal?

The launching ceremonies that I have been privy to have usually included champaign that was opened in the traditional way by popping open the cork, then everyone on board enjoys a toast to celebrate the launch! My father launched his 24' Good Vibrations by playing the Beach Boys song of the same name during the ceremony. Be creative, have fun and keep an eye on the dog....
I'm not sure of any legal issues arising as a result of a champaign toast! Isn't it mandatory as part of maritime law? Also, if you are the captain you are allowed to marry people, etc...
