Last fall I purchased a 1977 Sea Ray Sundancer 260 with twin 165 Mercs to use on Lake Erie.  The dealer compression checked both engines and did a complete check on the outdrives everything checked out or was replaced.  I am hoping for some input on this particular year/make/model and things that I should pay special attention to.  This is kind of a fix ur up it currently needs a good waxing and the teak needs cleaned and sealed but it is ready for the water.  Please provide any info or experience you may have.

Hope to see you on the water this summer!!!!!
